Creativity, Spirituality and Transformation

  • Wild & Free Painting 801C Main Street Belmar, NJ 07719 (map)

A COLLABORATION

Participants attending this event can expect a guided spiritual journey that provides you with the tools to unearth what no longer unconsciously serves you and instead cultivate the answers within. This process will include a guided visualization, exploration of patterns and held beliefs that no longer serve you (or the collective), a deep meditation followed by a spiritual awakening. Participants will then have the opportunity to respond to their experience through process painting. This painting will offer a deepening of your journey and serve as a concrete reference for continued growth well after the workshop is complete. Here, creative expression will be used as a tool to capture the essence of your experience. The meaning will be found in the doing/creating rather than the end product.

Absolutely no previous art experience is required.

Tammy will be leading the guided spiritual journey and Elissa will be leading the drawing/painting portion.

10 Participants (max) to provide for intimate connection.
