Hello Beautiful, Creative Soul,

In group we had the wonderful opportunity to get curious about the voices in our heads. Especially that pesky, inner critic. You know the one. She's demanding, loud and so secure in her opinion of us it's hard to believe in or hear anything else.

Have you ever wondered if she's telling the truth?

As our environment quiets and we begin to focus in on and paint for process we actually begin to hear our internal voices play out. The inner critic, the judger, the quitter, the risk taker, the supporter...they all take their seats, waiting for the perfect moment to reveal themselves.

And it is in this MOMENT that we begin to realize (over time) that we have a choice. We can sit here and listen to the demands of our inner critic.

We can break the cycle of assumptions that we have often internalized from others and begin to ask a new set of questions:

Why Not?

What If?

If only?

Can it be?

What else?

What might?

Is there more?

What's next?

When does this voice get to be seen? When does this voice get to be heard? When does this voice get to be shared? When does this voice get to feel free?
